Health Help Mississippi

Health Help Mississippi is a not-for-profit program that provides comprehensive enrollment and advocacy services to eligible Mississippians attempting to enroll and/or reapply for state benefits in Medicaid/CHIP. We also serve as a resource to help Mississippians navigate the new benefits under the Affordable Care Act such as Private insurance assistance (i.e., denied claims, coverage for children up to age 26) and education on the Health Insurance Marketplace. The toll-free number, 1-877-314-3843 accepts statewide calls, Monday-Friday from 9am–5pm from those needing help. The Health Help Mississippi website also offers information and assistance. Health Help Mississippi will improve health care access to all individuals and families. All Health Help Services are free. Care4Mississippi

More than 200,000 hardworking Mississippians need access to healthcare - many of whom are battling cancer and other serious illnesses and cannot afford to wait any longer for a solution. They need access to doctors, treatment, and prescription drugs right now. Mississippi can do better. The Care4Mississippi coalition brings dozens of Mississippi organizations and leaders together to extend access to quality, affordable health coverage and care. Together, we are bringing the healthcare crisis to the attention of state leaders. We are uplifting the voices of working Mississippians that are denied access to lifesaving healthcare.
