October 20 National Day of Action

On Tuesday, October 20, you can join with fellow Americans in a National Day of Action on Health Reform.

Together, we can realize the goal of placing 100,000 calls in support of health reform into Members of Congress. In an effort called Time to Deliver, supporters of health reform will come together to show our strength in numbers. MHAP encourages you to commit to 3 phone calls on October 20: one to your Representative and one to each of your Senators. All you need to do is to click the link and pledge to make three calls on October 20th.

Take Action on Oct 20!

Be part of the solution. Call Congress and tell them health reform cannot wait. We need quality, affordable health care for all Americans. Click here for a list of National Day of Action events taking place in Jackson.

Earlier this week, the Senate Finance Committee passed its version of health care reform. The Finance Committee became the fifth and final committee with jurisdiction to pass reform. This is an historic step that takes us closer than ever to achieving comprehensive health care reform that provides security to those with insurance and access to the millions of uninsured.
